Introducing the Zivity and Solomodels Sponsored Competition
Zivity is having a contest to find the most compelling photographer to feature in their new Photographer Showcase. To enter the competition, submit YOUR amazing photo to the contest for consideration. The 10 photos with the most votes will be submitted to the Zivity editors for final consideration to be featured in the Zivity Photographer Showcase* and blog. The winning photos will be on display in the Zivity Photographer Showcase and capable of being seen and voted on by Zivity's 50,000 members. Votes on Zivity equal dollars, and 80 cents of each dollar will be shared with the winning photographer!
* If your photo is chosen for the Zivity Photographer Showcase, you will be asked to submit at least 3 additional photos.

Shortly after the competition ends.

How many slots are available?
|
5000 slots total — available on a first come first served basis. Only photographer members may join the competition.

What is the prize?
|
The winning photos will be on display in the Zivity Photographer Showcase and capable of being seen and voted on by Zivity's 50,000 members. Votes on Zivity equal dollars, and 80 cents of each dollar will be shared with the winning photographer.

How will the winner be selected?
|
The contestants with the top ten highest scores will be selected for final consideration by a panel of Zivity associates. If your photo is chosen for the Zivity showcase, you will be asked to submit a minimum of 4 additional photos to create the showcase.

Who can vote?
|
All members can cast votes for your photo.
|
|
What happens if I try to manipulate my votes to gain an unfair advantage?
|
Members found to be manipulating the competition by casting unfair or biased votes will be banned from voting, removed from the competition, and will not be allowed to participate in this competition.
Important Notice: If you are banned for this reason, you will not be permitted to rejoin this competition and will NOT have the option to go back and change your votes and request reinstatement like in our other competitions.

What is the theme of the competition?
|
The competition theme is Artistic. You must upload an artistic type photo and use that for the competition. Photos not deemed to be artistic related will be removed from the competition.

How do I join?
|
To ensure sure you can enter before the all the available slots are taken, login as soon as possible after May 20, 2009 and join the competition with your selected photo. A maximum of 5000 slots are available on a first come first served basis.
